GORON granulator for sawdust
Our company offers the GORON® granulator for producing pellets and granules from sawdust and wood.
Pellets and granules are convenient for further use as fuel. They do not stick to hands, do not crumble, and have sufficient heat output. Granulated sawdust is a common fuel material. If you have a surplus of fuel granules, you can sell them to other enterprises.
Technical Specifications of GORON®
Performance | from 0.5 to 3 t/h |
Input material moisture content | 20-35% |
Reduction in material moisture content | 3-5% |
Power consumption | 25 kW |
Voltage | 380 V |
Dimensions | 3.3 x 1.7 x 1.4 m |
It should also be noted that crushed raw material in a loose form possesses pyrophoric properties, increasing the risk of fire and explosion of wood sawdust. Granulation can help solve this problem entirely.
The working principle of the GORON® granulator is based on the application of centrifugal force to the granule formation process. The moisture content of the sawdust at the input should be up to 35%. At the output, you receive cylindrical or spherical granules with sufficient hardness for packaging and transportation.
