SEPRA screw separator for manure
Why is it Necessary to Process Manure?
- Fresh manure should not be applied to fields, as it is not only prohibited by GOST R 53117-2008 standards, but also causes irreparable damage to plants, burning the root system.
- Fresh manure contains a large amount of harmful gases and compounds (ammonia, propane, and others) that, when entering the soil, create toxic compounds, kill beneficial organisms, and may trigger outbreaks of diseases such as brown spot and late blight.
- To avoid negative consequences, fresh manure needs to be processed. The most economically advantageous method is manure separation (dividing into solid and liquid fractions). For this purpose, we recommend using our SEPRA® screw separator.
Our company manufactures and offers the SEPRA® screw separator for manure processing. The SEPRA® separator is designed to separate manure into liquid and solid fractions.
As a result, you get manure that can be used as:
- fertilizer;
- bedding;
- a protective soil layer;
- raw material suitable for granulation.
It is economically viable to use the SEPRA® screw separator on farms engaged in both livestock farming and crop cultivation. The separator allows you to solve two tasks at once:
- manure processing;
- production of agricultural fertilizers.
