GORON granulator for animal feed
Our company manufactures and offers the GORON® granulator and GORON-m® granulator for producing pellets and granules of animal feed.
Granulated animal feed is convenient to use, better absorbed by animals (compared to regular feed mixtures), and provides high economic benefits for agricultural production. The resulting granules are easy to store, do not crumble, do not stick to hands, and are suitable for transportation. Most importantly, thanks to their high density, low moisture content, and reduced surface area, the granules are better preserved and have a longer shelf life—reducing the impact of yeast and mold fungi, as well as harmful microorganisms, which are significant issues when storing organic materials.
The working principle of the GORON® granulator is based on the application of centrifugal force to the granule formation process. The moisture content of the raw material at the input should be 20-35%. At the output, we obtain cylindrical or spherical granules with sufficient hardness for further use, packaging, and transportation.
