Our company produces screw separators SEPRA^®, which are designed for recycling various organic raw materials and waste, such as manure, bird dung and other waste from livestock breeding complexes, sparging, alcohol bard, waste of vegetables and fruits, etc. As a result, we get separated solid and liquid fractions, which are used as organic fertilizer and feed additives.

The production of fertilizers, animal feed, fuel

Separator SEPRA^® can be used together with the granulator GORON, which is also produced by our company. The dry crumbly mass of organic matter obtained after the separator is fed to the granulator and as a result, we get pellets or granules, additionally drained by 3-5% and compressed, which, depending on the raw material, can be used as feed, mixed fodder, feed additive, fertilizer or fuel. Pellets and granules are conveniently packed, transported, less susceptible to fungi and microorganisms, so they are stored longer.
