SEPRA screw separator for slaughterhouse waste
Our company offers the SEPRA® screw separator for processing slaughterhouse waste. The separator operates on two principles - screening and pressing, which separate liquid from solid parts.
By processing slaughterhouse waste, you obtain:
- high-protein animal feed;
- fertilizer;
- biogas.

Uses of Solid Parts After Separation
Farmers often use processed slaughterhouse waste as animal feed, particularly for cows and goats, as it is rich in calcium.
Bone meal is used as a fertilizer. It does not contain nitrogen, so it does not lead to excessive plant growth. It can serve as a substitute for ash and lime, which are often added to soil.
Benefits of using fertilizer: soil deacidification, increased fruit flowering duration.
Applications of the SEPRA® screw separator:
- Solves the problem of processing liquid slaughterhouse waste.
- Reduces waste disposal costs, which are continuously generated by the enterprise.
Our SEPRA® separators have all the necessary permits and documentation
