The working principle of the GORON granulator
The Mechanism of the GORON® Granulator
- Raw material with 20-35% moisture content enters the loading hopper, where pellets (cylindrical granules) are extruded using rollers and ring dies.
- The pellets are cut and move onto a horizontal disc inside the drum.
- Through high-speed rotation of the disc and under the influence of centrifugal force, the pellets are ground against the drum walls.
- Mutual friction gradually transforms the pellets with edges and corners into spherical granules - the final product of the raw material processing.
Where Are Granules Used?
The resulting granules are convenient for use as fertilizers; they do not stick to hands and do not crumble.
They are used as animal feed.
You will always have the opportunity to sell fertilizers and animal feed to agricultural enterprises to generate income.
Granules are convenient to use as fuel: they have low moisture content and high heat output. They have a long shelf life due to their reduced moisture content.
